━ TOS (Terms of Service) apply to all transactions, downloads, and usage of Dumpling's current and future work, including unreleased or commissioned content.

━ Dumpling may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be posted on dumpling-store.com. By continuing to use Dumpling's work after updates, you agree to the revised Terms.

━ Once an item is purchased, the buyer has automatically agreed to all related TOS

━ If you obtained Dumpling's work from any source other than the official store or Discord server, please consider purchasing a legitimate copy to support Dumpling's work. Commercial use of illegally obtained content may lead to legal actions, including DMCA takedowns.

What do you sell?

›  I provide digital content, such as 3D models and assets, for personal and/or commercial use depending on the license you purchase.

Acceptance of Terms

›  By purchasing from dumpling-store.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Purchases and Payments

Digital Products

›  All products on dumpling-store.com are digital—no physical goods will be shipped.

Payment Methods

› I accept major credit cards, PayPal, or other indicated payment processors. By purchasing, you authorize PayHip's third-party payment provider to charge the total amount of your order.

Pricing

› All prices listed on my site are in USD (unless otherwise specified) and may change without notice. I reserve the right to modify prices at my sole discretion.

License and Usage

›  Upon purchasing a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, use and/or modify the digital product within the scope outlined at checkout (e.g., personal or commercial license)

Personal vs. Commercial Use

› Personal Use: You may use the product for personal projects that do not generate revenue or public distribution.

›  If you purchase (or the product explicitly includes) a commercial license, you may use it for commercial projects (e.g., selling an avatar that incorporates my assets). However, you must not redistribute or sell my original files directly or in an unaltered form.

Ownership

›  Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of my products to you. I (Dumpling) retain all intellectual property rights.

Restrictions

› No resale or Redistribution: You must not sell, redistribute, or give away my products—whether in original or modified form.

›  No Claim of Original Creation: You must not claim my product as your own creation, even if heavily edited.

Additional Usage Rules

Commissioning Edits

›  You may not share my full files with a third party for editing unless both you (the commissioner) and the person doing the edits own a valid license to the same product. If the other person does not own the product, they must purchase it before you share any files with them.

Uploading a Model to a Friend or Significant Other

›  You may upload a model one time for one other individual, but only with my permission beforehand. Multiple uploads or public uploads are prohibited unless otherwise stated.

Quest Compatibility

›  My content is generally PC-based unless stated otherwise. You may convert it to Quest if you have the skills to do so. Please open a ticket on my Discord server for permission before sharing Quest-compatible versions.

Risks That Can Lead to a DMCA

I reserve the right to issue a DMCA takedown if I find any of the following activities:

• Lack of required credit or incorrect credit.
• Claiming my work as your own.
• Redistributing paid content.
• Reselling my content as is.
• Using my content to harm individuals or groups.
• Using my content without purchasing from my official store or my Discord server.
• Setting avatars as public or uploading them for multiple people without my permission.

Avatars

Crediting Rules (Avatars, Streaming, Video, Photography)

I require credit when using my Models for streaming, video, or photography content. Refusal to credit can result in a DMCA takedown.

Avatars: Detailed Usage

› Personal In-Game Use: Allowed.

› Public VRChat Pedestal or Cloneable Models: Prohibited (not allowed)

› Commercial Attachments, DLC, etc.: You may create addons or DLC specifically for my models if you have permission.

› Usage in Other Video Games or Artistic Projects: Contact me first for permission.

› Commissions: Allowed only if both you and the artist/commissionee own the same model.

› No Vtubing: Unless explicitly allowed. Typically, I prohibit using my models as your Vtuber persona, especially if unedited. Exceptions may be granted if the model is heavily edited—ask first.

› No Asset Mining: Do not extract parts (like hair or clothing) for commercial purposes.

› Do not copy or take direct inspiration from my work.

› Personal use editing is allowed!

› No Large-Scale Projects: Requires prior approval.

› No Environments/Worlds: I do not allow usage of my assets as VRChat worlds or environment props unless I explicitly grant permission.

› Usage Including Assigning Personality and Human Rights: Prohibited

› Use exhibiting violence: Prohibited

› NSFW use: allowed, with credits

Taking Parts of the Model/Asset Mining

› Taking parts of the model to be used in personal projects: Permission required prior to use

› Taking parts of the model to be used in commercial projects: PROHIBITED (not allowed)

› Redistribution/resale of individual parts of the model: PROHIBITED

REDISTRIBUTION: PROHIBITED

› Redistribution, leaking, or trading of assets is strictly prohibited. This includes: 

› The sharing of packages and its contents with friends/significant others

› The trading of other models/assets to obtain this asset

› The trading of this model to obtain other models/assets

› Uploading or submitting models and its parts to illegal model distribution websites or file-sharing websites.

RESALE: PROHIBITED

Any monetary gain from distributing the models is strictly prohibited. This includes:

› Edits (by yourself or other individuals)

› Direct resale

› Asset/model trading (assets/models in trade for Dumplings's model)

› Redistribution of the model behind service gateways (discord nitro, paid access servers, file sharing sites)

Assets: Detailed Usage

Regular Assets

› Paid VRChat Models: Permitted.

› Free VRChat Models: Permitted.

›Public VRChat Pedestal/Cloneable Models: Permitted for assets only (not entire avatars) unless stated otherwise.

› Nitro/Discord Subscription/Patreon/Ko-fi Models: Permitted as long as you properly credit me.

› Large-Scale Projects: Must seek permission first.

› Environment/World Use: Must seek permission first.

Can I Sell Assets Made From Parts of Your Meshes?

No. Direct derivatives from my meshes (cutting out parts, rearranging them, etc.) for separate resale or distribution is prohibited unless explicitly stated.

Redistribution of Assets

› Strictly prohibited to leak, trade, or share my assets with others who haven’t purchased them.

› No resale or distribution behind paywalls (e.g., Discord Nitro, paid servers, file-sharing sites).

Crediting Rules

Credit is required when selling content using our assets. Refusal to credit is an offence that can be subject to a DMCA takedown.

Free Content

Free Avatar Usage

• Personal In-Game Use: Allowed.
• Public VRChat Pedestal/Cloneable: Allowed only if you significantly edit the avatar.
• Creating/Selling Attachments for free models: Allowed (but do not redistribute the base avatar itself).
• Large-Scale Projects: Permitted if I have given permission in advance.
• No “Personality or Human Rights” Assignment: Do not treat my free avatars as a Vtuber persona or brand identity unless I explicitly allow it.
• No Violent or Harmful Use: Prohibited if it promotes real-world violence or harm.

Free Asset & Texture Usage

• Paid or Free Models: Allowed to incorporate my free assets.
• Public VRChat Pedestal: Allowed for free assets.
• Large-Scale Projects: Permission required prior to use.

Redistribution of Free Assets

• Sharing for free is allowed and appreciated, but I prefer you redirect users to my website whenever possible.
• Reselling free assets is strictly prohibited.

Refund Policy

• Eligibility Criteria
• You have not downloaded or used the product.
• You provide a valid reason and proof for the refund request (e.g., double purchase).
• The request is submitted within 1 week of purchase.
• You have not breached these Terms.
• How to Request a Refund

1. Open a ticket in my Discord server or use the Contact Form on my website.
2. Provide your email, purchase details, and the reason for requesting a refund.
3. I will review your claim and respond with approval or denial.

• No Refunds for Digital Items Used or Breached
• If you have already accessed or used the product, or if you have violated these Terms, you are not eligible for a refund.

I reserve the right to deny refund requests if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or otherwise violate my refund policy.

Streaming (Avatars)

• Vtubing: Generally forbidden with my personal avatars unless explicitly permitted.
• Merch: Not allowed if it features my avatars or assets without permission.
• TikTok: Allowed, as long as you credit me and do not gatekeep my models.
• Respect: Please treat my creations respectfully; I will respect you as long as you respect me.

Claiming / Gatekeeping

Claiming my products as your own—whether they are free or paid—is prohibited. Heavily editing my models does not give you the right to claim them as original creations.
